I am Haris Amir. I was born in Wah Cantt Pakistan.
I completed my undergrad in Electrical Engineering from Air University, Islamabad Pakistan in 2014. After that, I done my Master in Electrical Engineering from National University of Science and Technology. Driven by the wish to pursue further studies in the field of Photonics. I applied and was selected for PIXNET program of Erasmus Mundus Scholarship and started doing my Master of Photonic Integrated Circuits, Sensors and Networks. I did my first year at Aston University Birmingham (UK) and third semester from Osaka University (Japan). My master thesis was on “RCS Modeling and Detection Performance Analysis of Photonics-based Coherent MIMO Radars” under the supervision of Prof. Antonella Bogoni.
In 2020, I was offered a PhD position by Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna. The main area of my PhD research is Coherent MIMO Radars Processing, under the supervision of Prof. Antonella Bogoni.
